Directed, Shot and Edited by Josh Schultz, this short-form documentary series was produced to highlight the economic and community impact of Proposition 401, a ballot initiative that proposed rezoning greenhouses in Bonita, AZ, for legal marijuana cultivation.Through interviews, location visuals, and behind-the-scenes footage, we told the story of how this rezoning could support education, create jobs, and stimulate local growth. The film helped clarify complex issues for voters and contributed to an informed public dialogue. After a series of these community-focused videos, the vote ultimately swayed in favor of Proposition 401.
